Sealed bids will be received for the following contracts:
Overall Single Prime (all of the work, Lump Sum, All Trades, All Inclusive) – Bidder shall be DPMC Pre-Qualification C059 Road Construction and Paving
The District is closed due to the Corona Virus outbreak. As such, bids will be received in accordance with the following procedures.
Commencing 10:00 am on Monday, June 15, 2020, Bidders may deposit bids in a lock box outside of the front door at the Board Offices located at 301 Mt. Airy-Harbourton Road, Lambertville, New Jersey 08530. Bids may be deposited in the lock box up until 1:00 P.M. Local Time, on TUESDAY JUNE 16, 2020, at which point they will be collected, brought inside and immediately opened and publicly read aloud via online livestream. Log-in information for the livestream will be provided to all bidders who registered and provided and email address to the Architect. Anyone else wishing to witness the livestream of the bid opening should contact the Business Administrator at 609.397.0323, ext. 2 or request access by sending an e-mail to the Business Administrator at Kerry.sevillis@shrsd.org. Email requests must be received at least 24 hours in advance of this bid opening.
