The intended scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following:
The Project consists of Window Replacement and Mechanical Upgrades as required by the Contract Documents for the
Learning Community Charter School. The project is single-prime, lump sum, all trades, all-inclusive project.
1. Removal and replacement of windows and all collateral work.
2. Removal and replacement of joint sealants.
3. Steam / Hot water Heating system controls across the entire building.
